On the left is Mrs. H. Morgan Hill with her Pomeranian, Bogata Model. And, on the right, is Mrs. Jerome N. Bonaparte with her Pomeranian (name unknown). Both are ladies of Washington, D.C. society during the early 1900's, a time where fashion was (as it is now) essential to one's status. Note, that we have enlarged the show leads that both ladies possess. Mind you, the leads are probably not derived of Kangaroo Leather, but are Braided Leather, nonetheless.Just like today, Braided Leather Show Leads were symbols of the elite. Something to consider, when looking for that winning edge that will help your dog stand out in a crowd! |
